Shadow means effects, conditions, appearances, projections or limitations.
The shadow or effect appears to have its own independent power, just like how a shadow puppet can look like a butterfly and not two hands. It is conscious work to get out of Reversed Order in consciousness and perception (belief in two powers). We have to reclaim the Light or creative power of our awareness that we have unintentionally given to shadows/ effects (beliefs in opposition, appearances, conditions or limitations).
Many believe we must destroythe form the shadow or effect takes, but that does nothing... it will only take another form until the distortion in perception is illuminated and cast upon the Light/ Christ within.
Be kind, nonresistant and patient with yourself as you illuminate what thought-forms or physical forms you have unknowingly given power to.
